How do I place my order?

To place your order, follow these steps:

  1. Browse through our wide catalog of products until you find something you like, choose the relevant size (if you are not sure of the size, refer the size info to find the correct size) and click on the ‘Add to Bag’ button (you are eligible to add multiple products on your bag).
  2. ‘In my bag’, you can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order.
  3. Once the bag is all set, proceed to checkout, submit your shipping address, select the desired payment process and confirm your order.

How will I receive my Order?

We will ship your product on your mentioned shipping address. We have tie ups with reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered to your doorstep. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.

How will I get confirmation that my Order is placed successfully?

We'll send an email with your order information to confirm and another email when your order is shipped out. However, the order will be accepted and sent to you once your credit card/debit card and address details have been approved and verified,unless it’s a COD. Sit back, relax and wait for your awesome designs to arrive.

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking. The order was not successful but my money got deducted. What really happened with my money?

  1. Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days.

How should I check the status of my Order?

  1. If you have a user account and were logged in while you placed your order, rest assured you can track the status of your order in your onlinenakhre.com account .
  2. Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details over email and sms. Again, once we dispatch your shipment you will be notified via sms. In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you would receive a special update from our end.
  3. If you still have apprehensions, write to us at support@onlinenakhre.com, and your issue will be addressed.

Cancellation & Related Queries

How do I cancel my Order?

  1. You can raise cancellation request for items or orders by visiting the My Orders section.
  2. After submitting the cancellation request has been accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation mail along with the refund details to the registered e-mail address.
  3. If the order is already shipped, we wouldn’t be able to cancel it. However, you can refuse to accept the shipment and the amount will be refunded to your Online Nakhre wallet within 24 hours of refusal.
  4. If you have accepted the shipment, no worries, you can return the product and the amount will be refunded in your Online Nakhre wallet once the product is picked
  5. For prepaid orders, the refund amount will be added to the Online Nakhre’s wallet.

Payment Mode

Are there any COD charges?

You will be levied a COD charge of Rs.50 to your order on order total below Rs. 1000.

Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using net banking, Debit card or Credit Card?

All Credit Card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection.

Why am I not getting any COD option on the payment page?

It means cash on delivery is not serviceable by our courier partners at your location postal code but you can always opt for NetBanking or Credit/Debit Card.

Are there any hidden charges?

There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any octroi or sales tax is actually borne by onlinenakhre.com. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

What should I do if my payment fails?

  1. Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and that your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

Online Nakhre Wallet

What is the Online Nakhre Wallet?

The Wallet enables you to receive promotional credit and refunds. You may select the Wallet as the mode of payment while placing your Order, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your Wallet balance. The option of payment via Online Nakhre wallet will be available on ‘Payment Method’ page of the checkout process.

You can check the balance of your Online Nakhre wallet by :

  2. Go to the ‘My Wallet’ page on the ‘My Account’ section

Is there any expiry date for wallet section?

Yes. Wallet Balance is subject to expire. Please go to the ‘How to use wallet’.

Can I transfer or en-cash my Wallet balance?

No. The Wallet is associated with your Online Nakhre account only, and cannot be en-cashed or transferred to other accounts.

What is the delivery time period?

Delivery date is dependent on the product and delivery pincode. To check the expected delivery date for a product, please enter your Pincode in the box named 'Check delivery details' on the Product Page. Please note, actual delivery time may vary due to unexpected circumstances.

Do you apply any shipping charges?

We provide free shipping on all prepaid orders. If you choose COD payment method, we levy a Rs. 25 COD charge for every product you order. For example, if your order includes three products, you will be levied a COD charge of Rs.75

Return Policy

  1. In case of any issue or defect in any or all of the pieces of the Multipack/Combo products, you are required to return all the products. We do not accept return requests for the pack of Boxers.
  2. All products purchased from onlinenakhre.com, except boxers and nightwear shorts, are applicable for return. Customers can return their order within 15 days of the order delivery.
  3. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  4. The product amount will be credited back to his/her onlinenakhre.com wallet, once we have received the products and quality check is done.
  5. To schedule a return, please fill in the Return Form which is available in the ‘My Orders’ section of your Online Nakhre  Account. The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pincodes.
  6. If you choose to self-ship your product(s), you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped product(s), we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.
  7. Note:We do not have a exchange/replacement policy. You can return the product, and use the Online Nakhre wallet refund received against the returned product to place a new order as per your convenience.

Refund Policy

What are the terms and conditions for refund?

  1. You can ask for a refund against any of your order within 15 days of its date of delivery.
  2. All refunds will be credited in your Online Nakhre Wallet as store credits which you can use to shop on onlinenakhre.com
  3. If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order to access wallet

What are the rules for Courier charges refund?

  1. 100/- for shipment weighing upto 500gms will be added to Online Nakhre wallet.
  2. For every next 500gm slab, an additional amount of Rs.100/- will be added to the wallet.
  3. In case if you want to return multiple products we request you to kindly raise a return request for each product.
  4. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed our cashback rates. We recommend use ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service.
  5. Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
  6. Courier refund rates are fixed and will not change depending on the courier service you choose to return the product.

How long the refund procedure takes?

Is there any trial then purchase option available?

What is the offer?

What is a valid PhonePe payment?

  1. Payment to be made through UPI, Debit Card or Credit Card within the “PhonePe" option on Online Nakhre checkout.
  2. For users paying through UPI, cashback will be valid only if the transaction is processed through “@ybl" VPA handle or through PhonePe linked bank account or complete the transaction within the PhonePe app.
  3. Offer not valid on Wallet only payments. In case of partial payments using wallet balance and UPI/Cards, only the amount paid using UPI/Cards will be considered for the offer.

How do I check the eligibility of a purchase?
